After a long day hiking I was dirty and went straight to reception, but it was already closed, and nobody replied to my texts. We'd been shown to a room and the staff left in a hurry. There were no sheets or pillowcase, and the bathroom had only small hand towels, no shower towel. I know it’s budget accommodation, but other Bosnian hotels still provided basic linens.

The river view is really nice, and the air conditioner works great. I stayed in room 103, where the bathroom felt stuffy because there’s no ventilation. The room entrance door is also awkward to lock. You get what you pay for.

We found the staff very pleasant and kind, and the room was clean. The bathroom looked a bit dated, though. Opening the window brought bugs in every time, day or night, and the weekend was noisy. Even so, I’d recommend a stay for the lovely, breathtaking view of the Una river.

The room was chill and right beside a beautiful river. The staff were professional and made sure we had what we needed. I only told them on the day we arrived that our six-month-old was with us, and they still got everything ready for us. Great service and great people.
