Mesa really saved us, going out of his way to make the stay special. He was a wonderful guy, and he recommended a very cheap tour that turned out to be absolutely lovely. We planned to stay one night and ended up staying three. The hotel is very central and the rooms were really new. I loved the whole stay.

The owner looked after us incredibly well during our one-night stay at Elite Guest House in Mostar. He explained what to see, gave recommendations, and let us use the terrace in another room for free, so we could enjoy the city view at night with a few beers. Our room had everything we needed, enough space, AC, a private bathroom, fruit, and chocolate croissants. There wasn’t a fridge in our room, though some of the bigger rooms have one. The guest house is in the old city, at most a five to ten minute walk from the famous Old Bridge, and parking is available.

A nice, cozy apartment with very good service. The owner was friendly and helpful, and gave us guidance about Mostar. We could walk around and reach the famous stone bridge. Mostar is a wonderful place to explore.

My mom and I will always be grateful to the man working at the parking lot and to the owner at Elite Guest House. We were backpacking through Europe and arrived in Mostar completely lost, without phone service, Wi-Fi, or GPS. The parking lot worker happened to be there where we parked, and he walked with us for a long time in the rain, asking people for directions to the place we were meant to stay. Nobody knew the address, and it turned out the address we’d been given was wrong. He brought us to Elite Guest House, where the owner let us use his Wi-Fi to contact our intended accommodation. He even spoke in Bosnian on the phone to help me explain where we were, then arranged a driver to take us to the address we’d been looking for. Next time, we’ll definitely stay at Elite Guest House.

The owner went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my stay. It was clean, in a great location, and excellent value. Best hotel in Bosnia. I couldn’t ask for more. Five stars!
