The breakfast was great, and dinner was just okay. Our room could have been cleaner, though it was acceptable. We had no hot water at first, but after we contacted the staff, they fixed it quickly and the water was fine for the rest of our stay. We were there for one night on a Balkan tour. The hotel is outside the center.

The Wi-Fi worked really well, and both the rooms and food were good. The hotel is a little far from the center. It suited us for a short stay as part of our Balkan tour, though I wouldn't choose it for a longer vacation.

The staff made us feel very welcome. Dinner was one of the best meals we had at any hotel on the tour, and breakfast was nice too. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The sheets and bathroom were clean, and the staff were helpful and tried to make guests feel welcome. The food was good, though there weren't many choices. But the hotel needs renovation: the carpet was badly stained and the room light didn't work. To me, this is a 2 star place, definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The Wi-Fi was limited or unavailable outside the public lounge and bar. When I stayed, they only accepted cash for drinks and the city tax. The hotel was in very poor shape, with cleanliness and maintenance problems, including broken fixtures, stained table linen, dirty carpets, and an extremely mouldy window in my room.
