All the hotels were full when my sister and I came through, so we ended up here without knowing what to expect. At the door, Jasmina Belic welcomed us with such warmth, like family she hadn’t seen in years. We slept well and left the next morning with lovely goodbyes. About an hour later, Jasmina found me on Facebook and messaged to say I’d left something behind, asking if I wanted to come back for it. I was impressed again by how thoughtful and resourceful she was. I’ve stayed at famous five-star hotels around the world, including Carlton in Cannes, Badrutts palace in St. Moritz, and Le Negresko in Nice, but I’ve never experienced kindness like hers anywhere. My dad’s family comes from this small village in Bosnia, and Jasmina’s welcome made our family visit amazing. The people here are incredible. Thank you, Jasmina, for being such a wonderful person.

The bed was really uncomfortable, the shower smelled awful and didn’t work, and water dripped from the ceiling. The TV and air conditioning were also out of order. When I raised these problems, the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. For this price, the room and service at Motel Magistrala aren’t worth what you pay. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but the room was dirty and below standard. I don’t think it was worth the money.

A quiet, peaceful spot with a romantic feel, and a lovely restaurant. The food and service were good, and the rooms were comfortable. Nothing but praise.
