My spouse and I felt safe, peaceful and happy during our stay. The friendly staff, spotless hotel and tasty breakfast with plenty of variety made me feel even more comfortable than at home. It’s a 10 out of 10 for me, and I’ll never forget the place. My sincere thanks to the whole team for such warm hospitality.

A secure place to park, roomy and comfortable rooms with a large bathroom, and everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was the best in the world. All the little details helped us feel welcome and comfortable. Congratulations to the hotel management and staff, and thank you.

I’ve still got three days left here, but I can already say this is the best accommodation I’ve stayed in across Bosnia and Herzegovina, among hotels with the same star rating. It even beats a hotel that’s actually five stars, in Mostar, though I won’t name it. The people here are wonderful, and I’ve really enjoyed how they treat people, along with the cleanliness and hospitality. Thank you to this great hotel and everyone in it.

The waiters were generally rude in their attitude. The room was freezing until we asked about it, and they told us the next day that they’d started the heater. They don’t publish breakfast hours anywhere and wouldn’t allow even a few minutes’ flexibility for an earlier breakfast.

The room was spacious, well furnished, clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Staff were really lovely too. I had one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve experienced. Would definitely recommend.
