I went to the hotel for breakfast with my boyfriend. The woman there asked for his personal number, saying she wanted to help him with tours, and said, “I’ll text you later.” I didn’t like that. It isn’t ethical to ask clients for their personal number, and the workers should be told not to contact guests.

The parking arrangements were the one small frustration. We explained to the bellmen that we’d be leaving shortly, but they wouldn’t let us leave the car in front of the hotel. An older staff member said it wasn’t possible. More flexibility and coordination there would improve things. The rest of our three-day family stay was wonderful: clean, comfortable rooms, an outstanding breakfast with lots of choices, and professional, friendly, helpful reception staff throughout. It’s an excellent hotel that we’d gladly return to and recommend.

We came from London and had a great stay. The hotel was clean and had top facilities, and breakfast had a great selection. Everyone was super friendly, especially Selma at the check-in desk, who was fantastic. Thanks, we’ll be back in Summer 2025.

We held a business seminar at the hotel, and the catering was excellent. The interior is very modern and luxurious, but the service didn’t match it. People also complain that there’s zero alcohol at the hotel, when guests would like to decide for themselves instead of having someone else make that choice for them. The location gets three stars from me: it’s out of the centre and you need transport.
