Heritage Hotel Krone

This hotel could be quite good, but unfortunately it isn't. The reception staff were awful. The blonde woman at the front desk was rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. Our room overlooked a busy street on the main floor. We asked for one with a better view and were told the hotel was fully booked, though that wasn't true. The rooms also need a major clean and renovation. It's a hotel certified as “halal,” yet there's a black mirror ceiling above the bed, which feels contradictory. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, except one morning it still hadn't been set up after 7:20 even though breakfast is listed as starting at 7. Restaurant staff never greeted us either. We were always the ones saying hello or good morning. I won't be back.

The food was delicious, and the warm welcome made our iftar at Krone Ilidža feel special. My friends and I had a lovely time. Thanks to the waitstaff for looking after us, and especially to chef Mirsad-Miki for the beautiful meal and his kindness and hospitality. We really appreciated it.

I had a great stay at Hotel Krone and would happily return. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean, and the staff were both professional and kind. The location also made it easy to get around.

I was shocked to find this in my food. I nearly broke a tooth on it. It was gross and really unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
