The staff made this stay feel like being part of the family. They were hospitable, generous, and friendly, and nothing seemed too difficult. When you thought something was missing, they'd try to make it up for you. Thanks for the hospitality, Brass Team, and best of luck. The hotel is made up of several buildings that are really houses or hotel apartments in a quiet area. It felt like being part of Bosnia, with Bosnian neighbors nearby. It's easy to get into the city by taxi or tram. The rooms are spacious and clean, and there's a large yard to relax in, plus a bar and two tennis courts. Breakfast is the only meal served. It includes mostly cheeses, Bosnian sausage, eggs, Turkish salads, ajvar, jams, olives, coffee, and tea. There's no elevator, but that wasn't a big deal.

I stayed just one night, but even that was enough to set off my asthma. The room was so dirty I could barely breathe, and you could see a layer of dust on the carpet. The balcony was dirty too. I wouldn't recommend it.

The parking area is large, and it’s an easy walk to the airport. With luggage, though, a taxi is better since there aren’t sidewalks. Staff were friendly, and the hotel was quiet apart from some dogs in the evening.

Getting to the center takes a while, but the rooms are modern, clean, and affordable. We arrived a little late and the receptionist was still friendly, which was a nice plus. There’s also a safe in the room.

The breakfast service was good, and the rooms felt very comfortable and spacious. The hotel itself is just two buildings.
