The staff are friendly and easy to approach, but I came away with mixed feelings about the service overall. The rooms are okay for the price, though the internet is poor. I wouldn’t pay for the breakfast and dinner package. The food was almost inedible, which was especially disappointing given Bosnia’s reputation for good food. For the same price, you can get decent meals at places not far away. The ćevapi smelled bad, were very greasy, and tasted bad. The fries were bad too.

The staff do their best, the heating is good, and the food is good too. It’s a nice place, though if you’re 174 cm tall or shorter like me, you’ll need a chair to close the windows. For skiing, you can ski in, but you have to go along the road, which can be dangerous. Skiing out isn’t possible, so you have to walk about 100 meters uphill before you can put your skis on.

The staff really made the stay for me. They were genuinely kind, helpful, and hospitable, and I’d come back for them. The place has everything you might need, with a lovely atmosphere and comfortable, elegant rooms. It’s in a convenient, quiet neighborhood that’s still close to everything. Highly recommended! 🤗

A sweet apartment, spacious and clean, with an exceptionally kind, pleasant, and accommodating Italian-speaking man who I think was the owner or caretaker. In summer, the surrounding area is a ghost town. None of the nearby cafes were open, and without a car it’s a long hike down the mountain to find an open cafe or market, followed by a very long climb back up. With a car and your own food and supplies, including toilet paper if you like that sort of thing, it could be a wonderful quiet getaway. Without a car, I’d avoid it in summer. I also got no answer through the apartment website’s “contact” page, so it may be better to phone to arrange check-in.
