Apartments Aurora

A fantastic view and excellent value for money. I'd definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately, Mr. S. proved very unreliable with the reservation. We were booked in and due to arrive after 11 am, but when we got there at 11:20, he'd already rented the apartment to another family. By noon, the four of us, including two children, were left outside with no place to stay in temperatures above 40.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were clean and well kept, and the balcony had beautiful views. I'd recommend it. ☺️

We'd booked through Booking. The guy wasn't happy with the apartment we'd first booked, so we tried to persuade him to stay. The landlady took offense and drove us out with disgusting words and behavior that no guest should face. She insulted him for saying the photos didn't match Booking. We could have cancelled for free, but we were willing to pay for one night so she wouldn't lose out, or to stay if she hadn't insulted us. She didn't even give us time to think. Book the ground floor, absolutely. It's a sunny room; the first floor is smaller but nicer. Not everyone is cut out to host. We soon found somewhere with a much kinder landlady, whose warmth even made up for some shortcomings.
