After a long day skiing, the clean, well-kept spa and wellness area was a real treat. Hotel Termag Jahorina is right beside the slopes, so getting on and off the skis is easy. The rooms were comfortable and tidy, and breakfast and dinner both had plenty of tasty choices. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the whole stay felt welcoming. For the service and what you get, I thought it was very good value. A great option in Jahorina for skiing or a relaxing mountain break.

The restaurant food was very good and the staff were nice, but smoking seemed to be allowed everywhere. The cigarette smell reached our room and was noticeable even in the restaurant, so I wouldn't consider this hotel suitable for kids. Our room was 28 degrees, and we couldn't adjust the temperature. Reception said it couldn't be turned off and suggested opening the window, even though it was winter and -2 outside.

I've stayed here twice, and the place is kept in great shape, really tidy. The staff in the restaurant, reception and spa were all friendly, especially Maja. It feels like a lot of care has gone into the hospitality. The one letdown is the non-smoking section of the restaurant. It doesn't have much atmosphere or a view like the smokers' area does.

The hotel itself is beautiful. I was staying across the street, but spent plenty of time at its restaurant and coffee bar. I got coffee and blueberry juice there every morning, and had lunch and dinner there often too. The filet minon and pasta were both really good. The chicken with cream sauce wasn't for me, though, and I'd skip it next time. The chocolate cake is worth trying.

We visited in February, and the ski-in, ski-out setup made things easy. You can also rent all the equipment at the hotel. After hours on the slopes, the indoor pool was just what we needed. Breakfast and dinner were included for us, and the food was delicious. I'd definitely recommend Termag hotel in Jahorina.
