The location and view were lovely, and the whole stay felt easy. We enjoyed wine outside the restaurant and had a delicious dinner. The staff were warm, professional, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. Even though we had to park uphill from the hotel, someone helped carry our bags, so it wasn't a problem. We were there with a motorcycle tour group, and it worked out perfectly. If I return to Mostar, I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.

The hotel made it hard to leave. We could see all of Mostar on foot from its perfect location, and the team made us feel so welcome. Adin greeted us at reception, and he and the staff gave outstanding service. Semir helped with our bags, took us to the room, and explained everything. At checkout we met Jenet, whose positive energy was infectious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Being right in the Old City made this stay feel immersive and historic. A few steps from my room, I was among the shops and cobbled streets and buildings more than 500 years old, with a direct route to the Old Bridge. The hotel felt connected to the spirit of the city, and the warm, friendly service made me feel like family as soon as I arrived. The food was also delicious and thoughtfully prepared. My one reservation is the interior. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable, but their modern Scandinavian and Mediterranean style didn't quite suit the building's history or its surroundings. A design that reflected the local history and environment could make the experience even better. Even so, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended.

Dinner by the river, with its magical atmosphere, was a highlight. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of local flavor. Hotel Kriva Ćuprija also has a wonderful spot in the heart of the Old Town, just steps from Stari Most, while still feeling peaceful. Our room was spotless and cozy, with traditional character, and the little details made us feel at home. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel brings together Bosnian charm, comfort, and elegance so well. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we'd gladly return. A lovely choice for a special, authentic stay in Mostar.

Anel's kindness, professionalism, and readiness to help really made the stay even better. The welcome was warm from the moment I arrived, and the service was outstanding throughout. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was great. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it. I'll definitely come back!
