Garden City Hotel Konjic

The conference facilities are excellent, and the food is tasty. The hotel sits in beautiful nature near the Neretva River, a lovely setting for work or leisure. Staff, including the managers and waiters, were polite and attentive, and the service was excellent. Some of the furniture is a bit outdated, but it’s all clean and comfortable.

The outside garden/šadrvan was one of my favorite parts. Having coffee or tea there made it feel like we were away from the city, surrounded by nature. The spa and fitness facilities are a plus too, with a sauna and pool, and it’s possible to get a good workout in. I didn’t get to swim outside, though friends told me it’s great. I was at the hotel for a seminar and came away positively surprised. The food is far from standard hotel fare, thanks to professional chefs who’ve perfected the recipes. Try the ramsteak if you get the chance, it’s one of the best I’ve had, and I’m planning to come back just to eat it again. The conference halls are decent, and waiters checked on us constantly. The service was impeccable. The waiters were professionally dressed and trained, and made every interaction pleasant. One night I ordered only mineral water and a small dessert, and the waiter still checked on me several times to make sure everything was fine. It’s a great hotel for a weekend or a visit to Konjic, and I’ll definitely be back. Greetings to all the staff, especially the waiters and Sanel from marketing. Thanks for being so friendly!

The rooms were spacious and modern, with spotless cleaning and comfortable beds that made for a perfect rest. Our stay was a pleasure from beginning to end, thanks to the exceptionally friendly, professional staff who were always ready to help and made the whole place feel warm and welcoming.

The property has a big territory, with indoor and outdoor pools and a spa. Reception staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were a good size, neither too large nor too small. They even provide slippers, which I haven’t found in other European countries. Breakfast was fresh and good.
