We left speechless. There was still no hot water and no breakfast, while the price was as high as at Hyatt hotels. A really big shame for a hotel.

Everyone on the staff treated me like family, and I found a beautiful place with lovely people in Banja luka. Bosnia is my second homeland. If I had the chance, I’d spend my whole life there. I’d recommend this place to everyone.

The shower door was broken, the linens were dirty, and there was no hot water for two days. The worst hotel in the world. NO HOT WATER.

The breakfast was okay, with a couple of options to choose from. It’s an old-style hotel with actual keys instead of cards and nice furniture. The bathroom wasn’t anything special. I’m taking off a star because the Wi-Fi was a disaster, one 400 kb email took five minutes.
