The pool and facilities are great for kids to play and have fun, and the property is in a pleasant, relaxing location. It was an easy walk, or you could rent a bike, though the amenities are a bit far away. The staff were very friendly and kind, and our room was spacious, clean, and neat, with a huge balcony overlooking a beautiful, relaxing landscape. Breakfast was included, but it was terrible: poor selection, stale food, no children's menu, and eggs fried only with bacon. There was no kettle or coffee machine, and hot water came from a water fountain. There were no HACCP meals either. Prices are a little above average but still affordable. If you stay here, eat somewhere else.

Among the pines, this is a peaceful and delightful spot with pleasant staff. Our bungalow near the tennis club wasn't in very good shape, but it was all right. The huge pool and terrace are close by, and so is the good restaurant La Casa, both about 50 meters away. A family with 3 kids should definitely stay here. It's a bargain.

My wife even found a huge spider on the grapes at breakfast, and breakfast was exactly the same every day. The hotel allows smoking inside the shared areas as well as on the terrace, so if you don't smoke, the restaurant and lobby are hard to use. The fridge was filthy and stocked with alcohol only, not even water. The room itself was in poor shape. The wardrobe shelf was broken, its interior was dirty, and there was dust on the door. The windows were stained, the hairdryer hung loose, the towels were in terrible condition, the curtains were damaged, and there was a hole in the ceiling. The shower screen was too narrow to keep water in the bathroom, and the bathtub was awkward to use, with the controls at opposite ends. The air conditioning never went below 25 degrees, even after I asked the desk twice to lower it. The SOS button did nothing when my wife pressed it by accident. We pressed the room-cleaning button after the room had gone uncleaned for three days, but nothing happened. The fourth day, I pressed Do Not Disturb before breakfast, yet we came back to find the door open and the cleaners inside. At the desk, I asked why they'd come with the button on and was told, “They first knock.” Does Do Not Disturb not mean no knocking too? The cleaners also took one of our key cards. The first-floor “saloon” was in awful condition and being used to store cleaning carts. Plaster was falling off the walls, a broken chair had been left there, and the stair carpet was completely worn out. This was a huge disappointment.

I've traveled almost all over the world, and this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The receptionist was so polite and helped me with everything I asked.
