The people here have such a huge heart and soul. Everyone was helpful, polite, and professional, and they made our holiday really special. I hope we can come back next year. The place is right in the heart of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the architecture, gardens, food, and details all feel connected to nature and local tradition. The restaurant serves delicious Bosnian dishes that felt like home, with fine dining service. There’s also a pub with unusual drinks you’d expect in a big city, plus a spa with Turkish and Finnish saunas, a cold room, and a saltwater pool. The facilities were surprisingly well equipped and maintained, better than at the best centers worldwide.

The owners clearly love art, beauty, birds, and cats. I couldn’t resist the souvenir shop, and we bought adorable art pieces for our kid’s and nephew’s bedrooms. The staff were wonderful, every one of them. On a small property, they’ve put together a lovely experience with so much attention to detail. Day visitors come for the water park and restaurant, while guests staying there get more services and can really rest, with a second indoor pool and a balcony with a small infinity pool overlooking the water park. The evening bar gets lively with lots of well-dressed young people, though the nearby river’s running water is mostly what you hear.

We came hoping to rest and get some sleep, but it became a real problem. The rooms could be cleaner, and if you’re on the ground floor, you hear every step upstairs very loudly. Sleeping there just wasn’t possible.

It’s disappointing that they don’t allow modest swimwear. It’s made from the same material as a bikini. This feels discriminatory toward Muslims and anyone else who chooses to cover their body for health reasons.
