Ten days before our trip, the hotel canceled my reservation and had already deducted the payment. I had booked four rooms for seven people ten months in advance. They simply emailed to say they'd overbooked. I spent five days in a nightmare, calling booking.com to find out what had happened and why. The stress was beyond words, and I had to book another apartment. My biggest regret. Pilgrims, please take note of this hotel. Please don't bother booking or even looking at the Hotel Lux page. God bless.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the rooms were very clean. Highly recommend 👍

There was no hot food at breakfast, just cold, unappetising meats and cheese. No toaster either, and the room was cold. It was very basic, with only two uncomfortable beds, and the room had been stripped of things like the TV. It needs a lot of work to bring it up to date. Glad we only stayed one night.

The staff were super helpful and polite. The rooms were clean, and the food was good.

The staff were very rude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and I won't stay here again.
