Ivanka and her son are wonderful people, and Ivanka’s handmade cakes are fantastic. She’s always smiling and available 24/7. You feel surrounded by love in that house. We travelled a lot, and I can honestly say that humanity like this isn’t something you can take for granted. Thank you for everything, Ivanka, and God bless you! The building is very nice and clean, and the room had everything, nothing was missing. My friend broke her leg, and they did everything they could to help us. They called the doctor, gave us directions, and moved us to a room nearer the ground floor. When we couldn’t find an open pharmacy in Mostar during the night, they offered to send their nephew there directly to help us.

The owner is an amazing person, one of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever met. She treats you like family, makes sure anything you wish for is taken care of, and won’t let you leave hungry. Amazing! A must visit if you need an affordable stay in Medugorje.

The walls are thin, but even when the place was full, nobody made much noise. It’s quiet and away from the busy centre, making it just perfect for a one-night stay. The hostess is an extremely friendly elderly lady, and her famous cake really is so good it feels like a special kind of cruelty :)

The owner welcomed us so warmly, and it’s great for a family. For the price, it’s good value, with a fridge and cooking plate so you can make meals. The church is a 20-minute walk away. Great for families.
