The rooms are on the small side, but the bed was comfortable. The blanket was only half a person's length, and the toilet was new and clean. The food was okay. It’s not really close to the city centre, though the location is still good. The hotel itself is good inside.

Breakfast was the worst we’ve ever had, with instant coffee from a machine. For a place calling itself four stars, it was hard to believe. The room was despicable: one king bed for two people but only one twin-size blanket, a leaking shower, an empty soap dispenser, and we had to ask for toilet paper. The television remote needed repair, the AC remote died after setting it, and there was no fridge in the room. What has the world come to?

My wife, our two-year-old child and I spent one night here. The staff were very helpful and hospitable, and the price was fine. The hotel has a restaurant next door that belongs to it, and the Bosnian bureg was delicious. Breakfast at the hotel was entirely halal.

The hotel staff were very, very kind, and the rooms were spacious, very clean and pleasantly scented. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant was good too. The roasted lamb was excellent, and the baklava was fantastic. It’s not very close to the centre of Mostar, but that probably makes parking easier.

We arrived on a motorcycle, and they kindly let us park it in front of reception under camera. The breakfast was good too. Our room was nice and big, with a really comfortable double bed. I recommend it.
