Hotel Kapetanovina

Being near the city’s main sights, with beautiful views and everything clean, made the stay easy. But what really made it unforgettable was Sadina. She was so professional, always smiling and helpful, and took the time to explain the important places to visit in Mostar. She made everything simple, and when she spoke to me in Spanish, I felt so touched. It was the first time I’d felt at home in a hotel. I loved everything and will recommend it to all my friends. I’ll definitely try to come back and have this wonderful experience again.

The staff were pleasant, and the hotel was well kept. Most of all, the bed was comfortable, which matters most to me. Breakfast wasn’t very good, though. I’d suggest eating in town instead.

The whole team was hospitable and helpful, always greeting us with a lovely smile. Reception gave us a warm welcome, and the city centre is super close. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and breakfast had an excellent variety. I’d highly recommend it to anyone passing through Mostar.

The place was noisy and full of disturbances, and the air conditioning barely worked. No one cleaned our room at all; they said the housekeepers had left. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Staff were rude and unprofessional, showing no respect for guests, and the receptionist raised her voice and hung up on me. Breakfast was miserable and inedible. Absolutely terrible stay, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I strongly advise everyone to avoid it at all costs.
