The attentive staff are the main reason I’d stay here again. Leahla (spelling) and Luka were both professional and gave great customer service, especially Leahla, who welcomed me and got my stay off to a great start. She helped with questions, suggestions, things to do, and arranging taxi service to the airport. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the bus station and 15 minutes from downtown, so it’s well situated. Breakfast was excellent, and the Roof Top Terrace was a great place to start and finish the day. The hotel was well kept and maintained. If I return, this is where I’ll stay. Thank you!

The warm, welcoming atmosphere made me feel completely at ease, almost like being at home. The staff were all friendly and professional, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Parking right on site was easy and a huge relief. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the attention to cleanliness and tidiness really stood out. My stay was flawless from beginning to end, and I’ll definitely come back.

We couldn't recommend this place. The shower had no hot water and we weren't offered any compensation. The rooms are small, and even the “better category” ones face a parking lot. Staff were mostly unfriendly or ununderstanding, with just one person being semi-friendly. The garage shown on Booking was apparently for motorcycles only, although the photo showed cars. Sauna, pool, and even good coffee all cost extra. There are plenty of better, cheaper options. It felt like a rip-off.

Luka at reception was genuinely nice and helpful. The room itself was really nice too, but we had no hot water for our whole stay, so we couldn't shower. A discount would have been fair, but none was offered.

For a work trip, this place suited me well. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and my room had the usual amenities, a comfortable bed, and good shower pressure. It was a little small, though the balcony was large. I'd stay here again.
