The private parking was useful for getting around the old city, and the hotel is in a great spot in Mostar's old town. Finding it by car wasn't easy, even with the map they sent. When I arrived, nobody was at the desk and I waited alone for 10 minutes.

The gentleman at reception was genuinely friendly and very helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. Breakfast was mediocre and could use more variety. The spa area is very small and feels limited, especially when it's busy.

The location is fantastic, just 50 meters from the Old Town and 100-150 meters from the Old Bridge. Follow the hotel's driving directions carefully: guests can pass through a pedestrian zone, but need to approach from the right direction. The staff were amazingly nice. The small spa was pleasant, with a little indoor above-ground pool and a sauna. Nothing fancy, but good. Rooms were okay and could use improvement. Breakfast was basic but decent. Excellent value for the price.

The staff helped us arrange activities and gave us great suggestions for places to see and eat. They were friendly and lovely people. Hotel Spa Meydan is conveniently just off the main strip, with everything a few minutes' walk away. I stayed for three nights in Mostar and will definitely return. Thanks for a great time. Eren

The hotel has a nice modern spa with a pool and sauna, and the location and service were great. Driving there was okay, since they send a detailed map to the reserved parking. The pedestrian area could feel a bit tight if you're in a very large SUV, but you probably don't need to worry too much.
