We were really unhappy with our stay. The room was tiny and noisy, with curtains but no shutters, so the morning sun woke us up. The buffet breakfast was poor quality for a four-star hotel, and the Wi-Fi, which was listed as available, didn’t work at all. The price was too high for what we got. We were told we could leave our car inside until the next day. When we came back for it, the gate had been shut and they wouldn’t let us take the car without paying 10 euros. It felt like a form of racketeering, and I can’t believe this happened at a four-star hotel. We spent four days in Sarajevo, and this was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. There are plenty of cheaper, much better places around. Go somewhere else.

The staff were the nicest I’ve encountered in a hotel, and they were friendly without hovering. There’s a fridge in the room. You can hear the neighboring shower, though it isn’t loud, and the fridge itself is pretty noisy. You can unplug it if that bothers you.

It’s an economy hotel, with clean, okay rooms that aren’t high standard. Breakfast was decent, and the old town is within walking distance.

We were disappointed by the night here. The room was noisy, there were no shutters, Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the beds were hard. Breakfast wasn’t okay either.
