The staff were welcoming, accommodating, and very helpful. Breakfast was decent, home-style food, and although the cleaning wasn’t great, they did offer fresh towels. Parking is a bit of a hassle: there are only a few spots across the street, and a staff member has to move a car or stop traffic so you can get in. A heads-up about charging: plug your charger straight into the wall, not into the extension by the bed, or you may get a blackout. One of the ladies also scolded us, jokingly, for buying coffee from the cafe instead of having the one offered at breakfast.

The rooms are on the small side, but they’re lovely and comfortable, and the hotel is very close to the center. Mirza at reception was especially friendly. He explained the key things we should know for visiting Sarajevo and helped make our stay really pleasant.

The hotel is near the river, and the rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Baščarşi, Sarajevo’s historic area, is about a 15-minute walk away. From the airport, there are different ways to get here; a taxi takes around 30 minutes and costs nearly 10 EUR. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor. It isn’t a big spread, but it’s enough, and that room stays open so you can get coffee around the clock. The price is very good for such a nice hotel. I’d strongly recommend it for a short visit.

The room was nice, if a little small, and breakfast was tasty. The location is great, with everything close, and the staff were very friendly. The downsides were the lack of a shower door and the incredible noise from outside, starting at 7am and going on all day.
