Breakfast was my favorite, with a good balance of nutritious and comforting options 😊😊. The spa and gym were a great surprise for such a central hotel. Staff were lovely and eager to answer any questions, and their English was very good. The rooms are lovely and cleaned daily, and the location makes exploring Sarajevo easy. There’s also some of the best coffee nearby, with everything right on your doorstep.

The location is exactly right, and the spa and gym are top quality. The hotel itself is lovely, and the reception team made the stay, especially Alma and Diana, who were so friendly and helpful. The service was impeccable from beginning to end. I’ll definitely return, highly recommend it.

We had a good stay, but the breakfast and “spa” didn’t feel worth the price, especially with such good, inexpensive meals available nearby. Breakfast was limited, and much of it didn’t seem fresh, though low season and lower occupancy may have played a part. We only tried the indoor pool once because the water was very cold and it didn’t seem heated. The room was warm when we arrived, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is right in the city center. At night, the room heating was very noisy, though they fixed it on our last day, so hopefully that was just an exception.

There’s plenty around Hotel Central, with restaurants, bars and shops within 100-300 meters, and Baščaršija just a 3-minute walk away. Sarajevo has lots to see, with the old town woven in among modern life. About 90% of the English language is used, so there’s nothing to worry about, it feels like home. The hotel and hygiene were top notch, and Dajana and Ivan were especially friendly and professional. Big thanks to the whole team, see you again!

Right in the heart of Sarajevo’s city center, this beautiful hotel has what you need, including a large fitness center, pool and sauna. Djana and Ivan were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back! Oscar
