We spent three nights here and the service was great. The staff were so helpful. I’d have liked a bit more variety at breakfast, but it covered the essentials.

I’ve never had a better hotel experience. During my trip to Bosnia, the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the rooms were comfortable. I was genuinely happy and very satisfied with my stay. Thank you, Hotel Family Team, for the warm hospitality and for making the trip so special. You deserve five stars. I’ll recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again.

Breakfast was a nice bonus, with a good range of tasty options. The place was spotless, and the beds were comfortable enough for a great night’s sleep. Izmir & Amir were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would come back.
