Ferhadija 31 Old town Sarajevo

It’s a small, lovely room with water and sanitized glasses. Even though each room opens straight outside, it felt safe. The location is close to everywhere, and getting around was easy. My room was checked and cleaned each day, and I had a great stay. Thanks to the owner for being patient about payment. I recommend it. 🌻🙌🏼

It was so quiet in the apartment, almost like being out in the desert despite being right in the city center. The place has everything you need and more, and the host was available whenever we needed help and gave us great recommendations. Room service came in to take the trash and bring fresh towels. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone.

I booked before midnight on the 18th, but the date shifted to the 19th. I called the hotel, confirmed the mistake, and learned there was no availability for the 18th. I canceled just 10 minutes later, but was still charged the full amount without ever entering the property. The experience was horrible, and the customer service was awful. I don’t recommend it.

The location couldn’t be better, and the bedrooms were super clean with everything in the rooms. My room looked onto a courtyard, so it was completely quiet. Such a lovely hotel, with amazing staff. Asya checked me in.
