The room smelled good, and I liked the decoration colors. The price may be good and the location is in the city center, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had, and there was hair everywhere: in the room, on the beds, and on the towels. I even found a hair in an egg at breakfast. Amena was the only friendly staff member; the others weren’t friendly at all. There was no housekeeping or room service. The towels weren’t changed for two nights, and there was no hand soap or shampoo.

The room was extremely tiny. At 6am, the oil smell and staff talking loudly during breakfast kept me from sleeping.

The location is amazing, near the city center, and the staff were very nice. The hotel itself is quite okay, though the rooms are very small. One person would have enough space, but I can’t imagine sharing a double room with someone else. Some minor renovation is needed, for example in the bathroom, and I’m not sure how the cleaning service works, but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned every day. Breakfast is very simple.

For a three-star hotel, it had what I needed: a fair price, a clean room, a good location, and friendly staff. Summer hotel prices are generally high, but I thought this one was reasonable and it looked clean. On my first day, the staff tried their best to find me a room for an early check-in. They knew I’d arrived on an overnight bus and wanted to rest, and they were super helpful.
