The parking spaces are really tight, so make sure your parking skills are excellent if you arrive by car. The bathroom needs new plumbing, with no water pressure and a foul smell. Stay here only if you must.

The garage is underground, but there are only a few spaces and cars can block each other. You have to leave your keys at reception in case someone needs to move your car. Earlier, the red-haired receptionist made things unpleasant by saying she wasn’t sure we’d get a garage spot. She was unfriendly and rude, even shouting to me from the restaurant while she was eating instead of helping properly at the desk. Another staff member, a heavier gentleman, was also rude to my husband for using a door that turned out to be staff-only. At least the tall, slim gentleman at reception was extremely kind and helpful, and recommended a great place to eat. Many thanks to him. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and we had a fridge and kettle in the room, everything needed for a short stay. Breakfast was tasty and varied.

The food was good, and our room stayed clean throughout the week. Everyone was helpful, too. We had a really nice stay and would definitely come back.

We had a booking.com problem, but the hotel administration helped us keep our reservation. The two women at the front desk were very friendly, and the night chef stood out in particular. Our room was clean, the AC worked properly, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. The location also made it easy to walk to nearby attractions, and we had no other issues during our stay.
