The bright spot was the young woman at check-in. She was welcoming and pleasant, and had also served us coffee earlier. The hotel is reasonably priced and close to the airport, which was why I chose it for my last day in Bosnia on June 3, 2025, along with its decent online reviews. Still, the stay was underwhelming. The advertised air conditioning barely worked, and the dated room had poor lighting and worn furnishings that showed the building's age. In the evening, a male café staff member said he couldn't serve us coffee because the machine was off. Later, we saw him serving local guests, which made us feel unwelcome. The facilities and inconsistent service took away from the convenient location and price.

We got good value for the price, with breakfast included. It was basic but good. The room was comfortable and clean, and we had a balcony. The hotel is easy to find and well located, with free parking. Staff were polite and very helpful.

At 9:30 pm on June 3, I went to the café for a cappuccino, but the barista said it wasn't available then. Really disappointing.

The air conditioning was a little noisy and didn't cool the room very well. Still, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of parking in this nice, quiet location. Breakfast was amazing, as you can see in the photos. I'd absolutely recommend staying here, and we'll be back.

The hotel was quiet, though we could hear our neighbours a little through the wall. Our room was clean and thankfully didn't smell of cigarettes. It felt a bit cold, and we couldn't find how to adjust the temperature. The receptionists were nice and polite. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the city centre, Baščaršija.
