Our rooms were huge, and each one had its own character. I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like this, and it may be the best hotel we’ve been to. Ismet was an incredible host, with hospitality that’s hard to match. Amazing stay, and we look forward to coming back.

Friendly people, a great location, and very good value. The motorcycle parking was excellent. We had an issue with our room at first, but they sorted it right away and were very friendly. One time we couldn’t get back in because the door key doesn’t work if there’s a key on the other side, and nobody was at the front desk then. I’d say 4.5 stars is probably more accurate.

Good location, very close to the centre, and the staff were nice. The hotel takes cash only. Rooms have a TV, air conditioning, decent bathrooms, and clean beds. Hot water is limited and the water pressure isn’t great. You can’t do laundry at the hotel.

A small hotel with old-world charm and really friendly staff. It’s far enough from Sarajevo city centre to be quiet at night, but close enough that most of downtown is a 10-15 minute walk away. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is excellent, and the service is first rate all around.

The huge, stunning room is full of antiques, clearly chosen by someone with a real passion for them. There are so many pieces on display, yet the generous space never feels cluttered. The hotel is a gem, with very friendly service, in a quiet spot just a few minutes’ walk up the hill and close to town. If you park in the garage, request your car early, since getting it out can be complicated.
