I appreciated the practical things during my stay at Hotel Ruza: breakfast was included, simple but nice, and there was free coffee throughout. Whenever we needed a taxi, the staff arranged one at a fair price. They also reduced the price for my last two days because I stayed more than 3 days, and let me remain 5 hours past the usual check-out time on my final day. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, though the carpet had some stains. The air conditioners sometimes stopped, but staff fixed the problems quickly. Sabina, the cleaning lady, was dedicated and polite, and everyone else was friendly and respectful too, including the red-haired receptionist and the kind man at the front desk. Their hospitality meant a lot to me and left me with beautiful memories. My one concern was that there was no third night shift for emergencies. The hotel door is locked at night and can only be opened with a guest code. Thank you for the warm hospitality, and I wish you continued success and progress.

The hotel is close to the central area and tram and bus stations. Security felt high, with CCTV and a passkey door, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee and drinks are free. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Sabina the housekeeper and the kind, helpful lady at reception. Some things could use work: prices are high in tourist season, breakfast lacks variety, there is no night shift or parking, check-out isn't flexible, and there's no luggage service. The air conditioners sometimes stop for a while before starting again. There is no bidet spray. Best of luck, and please take my comments with an open heart.

Tatjana and Ms. Jale in the kitchen were so sweet and attentive, and helped us with everything. I'd come back just for them, and we'd recommend the place to anyone. We spent 2 days here on a December holiday. The location was nice, about a 10-15 minute walk to the head bazaar. Our room was clean and nice, with everything we needed, and breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The city centre is about a 10-minute walk away, and the hotel is next to Marriott in what seemed like a good area. We were lucky to find hotel ruza more or less by accident. The reception ladies were extremely friendly, and our spacious room had air conditioning and a very clean bathroom. We'd recommend staying here.
