The location made it easy to get around: the hotel is in the middle of the old town, close to food places and cafes, with convenient stores just minutes away. The mosque is a 2 min walk, and the international bus station, with buses to other cities, is a 10 minute drive. Most places are closed on Sunday, so it's worth checking ahead. My mum, my two sisters, and I stayed in the family suite and loved how clean and spacious it was. The staff were so kind, sweet, and polite. Hannah, naja, Elma, and Fatimah treated us like family and went out of their way to help. I hope I spelled the names right, but you know which sisters you are. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and we feel like we left family behind. It was the best hotel experience we've had, and if we visit again, we'll book here 1000000000000000%. I've already recommended it to everyone I know. You may not find certain things you'd generally expect in most hotels, but one call to reception is enough and the staff will get what you need. My mum loves tea, and since we forgot teabags, we found it hard to get plain British ones. Best to bring your own. A huge thank you to Hannah, Elma, Naja, and Fatimah for a stay we'll remember.

The staff were kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and the lobby is tastefully decorated. The central location is great for exploring the old town on foot. Breakfast is simple but adequate. The rooms need more attention. The renovations feel incomplete, and both the decor and cleanliness fell short. The bathroom seems not to have been renovated for decades. There was a bidet, but it sat just a few centimeters from the wall and couldn't be used. Cleanliness overall left a lot to be desired. Parking was complicated. I understand the challenges of being in the old town, but clearer instructions and coordination between the hotel and underground garage would make it easier. To me, this doesn't meet the claimed 4-star standard. Compared to EU hotels, it felt more like a 2-3 star property. The staff and location were great, but the rooms and facilities need significant improvement.

We spent 2 nights in Sarajevo. Our first hotel was disgusting, looked nothing like the website photos, and wasn't even the room we'd booked. We found this gem for the same price for our second night. The reception ladies were amazing and quickly arranged to have a room cleaned. Within an hour, we were back and settled into the suite. The location was great, on lovely side streets off the square. The staff were fantastic, breakfast was great, and parking in front of the hotel was very handy. I'd definitely recommend it. We'll be back with the kids and stay here.

The welcome was warm and friendly, and the hotel is centrally located. The room was clean, but the beds were very narrow, and the sauna wasn't operating even though this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. A missing shower head holder made showering unpleasant. There were large water stains on the ceiling and cracks in the sink. Fine for a short trip, probably not for a longer stay.

We paid upfront, then found broken beds in the room, with what was literally cardboard paper under the mattress. They moved us to another room, but it was the same. We checked out after 15 min and were promised a refund. It never came. After a while they stopped replying, I guess hoping we'd give up. If I could rate it - 10, I would.
