The location was great, the place was nice and well kept, and the staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was good too. The two things that kept this at 4 stars for me were the hard bed, which wasn't good for sleeping on my side, and the room thermostat that couldn't be turned off. It lit up the room and interrupted my sleep dozens of times over my two nights. I'm mentioning the uncontrollable room light for anyone else who needs darkness to sleep. There was some noise and shaking from the nearby train, but it didn't bother me, and the hotel can't do anything about it. Very nice stay otherwise.

The location was great and breakfast was nice. My room on the second level didn't have a view, just an old building across from it, and the room itself was a bit smaller than I expected. The TV didn't work, and when I asked for help, I was told it wasn't possible to fix. Luckily, I didn't spend much time indoors.

I'm glad I cancelled Hotel Presidential and chose this one. After booking Hotel Presidential, I tried contacting them 3 times and got no answer. Here, the location is superb, just across the street from the old town, and breakfast was good and general. The staff were all customer oriented, accommodating, and provided good service.

This boutique hotel is a great base for exploring Sarajevo's history, cafes, restaurants, and museums in the old town. The rooms are comfortable and modern inside with a traditional twist, with great views from each room. Air conditioning works, and the showers have great water flow. Breakfast is excellent, with real eggs, meat selections, pastries, fruit juices, yogurt, a bar, and extra fixings. Laundry is available at a very reasonable price. We washed about 40 articles of clothing for $20. Highly recommend it.
