Imzit Hotel

We had no Wi-Fi at all during the stay. The location is also inconvenient, about 20 minutes by car from the city center and Baščaršija, or roughly an hour on local transport. Breakfast was okay, but the rooms were barely clean, and towels from previous guests were still in the bathroom. There's no AC on the fourth floor. Although the hotel knew we were coming, they hadn't turned on the heat, and with temperatures at 0°C or below, our room was freezing. Staff let us move to an empty room on a lower floor for the night so we could use the AC, but took the remote first thing in the morning. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

The service was okay, but little else worked for us. Finding the odd entrance was difficult, and there was no wheelchair access. Our room wasn't very clean. The bathroom towels were clearly unwashed leftovers from other guests, and all the toilet paper rolls had already been opened too. At least staff said they'd disinfected the toilet itself. A nearby bus stop gets you to the center in about five minutes. Breakfast wasn't great either, with what seemed like the cheapest juice ever.

The woman on staff were polite and lovely, but the boss wasn't. The hotel is far from Sarajevo center and Baščaršija. The rooms were dated and unclean, and each shower flooded the bathroom. At least the room was supposedly cleaned and we got fresh towels every day. It was freezing inside when we arrived, colder than the -5°C weather outside. We were given the AC remote, then cleaners took it in the morning. When we asked for it back, we were cursed at. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

I can't speak to the hotel itself, but there's beer at the gas pump next door, so that's awesome!
