The location is hard to beat, right across from the Latin bridge, where the Austro-Hungarian prince was assassinated. Our room was clean and a decent size, and the staff were super friendly. Parking is limited, but they saved a spot for us after we let them know we were driving to Sarajevo. Breakfast was decent too.

The location was so central that we could walk everywhere. Our clean, comfortable room came with a balcony and a kettle. Everyone was warm and dedicated, answered our questions thoughtfully, and gave us great tips for exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious and had all the essentials. The woman looking after it was lovely, keeping everything clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful stay.

We spent three days at Ornament Hotel, from 23-26 January, and were very happy with everything. The staff were helpful, the rooms comfortable and very clean, and breakfast was really nice. There's also private parking. Everything is within walking distance from the great location, and I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed on the 10th floor, where our window looked out onto the Emperor's mosque. Breakfast was included, and the gentleman at the front desk arranged a taxi for checkout. The rooms were nice and well kept, and Ornament Hotel is fairly inexpensive and close to the city center. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarajevo.
