The apartment was freezing when we arrived, and the hallway wasn’t heated either. You have to cross that cold hallway after leaving the bathroom to get to the room. The bed folds up and can collapse, so watch out for bruises. The faucet leaked, and the internet was weak before stopping altogether on the second day. Parking was bad too. The street is so narrow that our car got hit. The host was a bad person. After I gave the place a low rating, I reported to Booking that I hadn’t stayed there at all. Thankfully I had proof of my stay and sent it to Booking, so the issue was resolved. It was very, very unpleasant and disappointing. I’d give zero if I could.
