Hotel Villa Ugar

After an hour and a half with no food, we gave up, paid only for our drinks, and left. Our waiter had taken our order, then told us they didn't have half the menu items, leaving only grilled food. Half an hour went by, and when he apologized for the delay, he said he'd told the kitchen about our order, which confused me. Another hour passed, and we still had nothing, not even our fries. The waiter did bring the bill, though. We watched people who arrived later get their food before us. Terrible service.

The rooms were full of spiders and insects, and they didn't provide the things needed in the rooms or bathroom. The receptionist was impolite to customers and behaved in a way I didn't expect. This was one of my worst hotel experiences. There are better hotels nearby. Don't consider staying here.

The team were so kind and gentle. Loved them, and I'll definitely visit again.

The staff were really friendly, and the hotel was clean. But breakfast was so tiny I was still hungry: just ONE egg, 3 thin slices of the cheapest salami, and one thin slice of cheese, even though breakfast was included. Paid meals were stingy too, with very small portions. We stayed two nights, and there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. The place itself is nice. Enjoy your Vlasic tour. Best regards, H
