The hosts are the real highlight: kind, helpful, and easy to talk to, and always around if you need information or a hand. The apartment is thoughtfully laid out, with everything you might need and each bit of space used well for comfort. It’s every bit as “special,” “excellent,” and “comfortable” as described. The location also works well, about a 10-minute walk to the city center. A wonderful apartment, and even lovelier hosts. Highly recommended for a visit to this beautiful city.

We had a lovely stay in the clean, roomy studio and would happily return. Nikola and his family made us feel so welcome. We had tea, Bosnian coffee, figs from their garden, and a great chat, including with his father, who’s a remarkable person with a good sense of humor and lots of knowledge. He thought his English wasn’t very good, but we could have a perfectly good conversation. Nikola was also there to help with anything, from restaurant and sightseeing tips to coming along to the market when we wanted to buy honey. Thanks for everything!

The apartment was cozy and sparkling clean, and we were made to feel very welcome. We also got some nice tips about Dubrovnik.
