The balconies could use cleaning, and the view isn't anything special. Aside from that, the rooms are modern, cozy, comfortable, and clean, amazing for a three-star hotel. Staff are friendly and considerate, and breakfast was enjoyable and tasty. It's a little outside the center, but a taxi or even a walk will get you there. Would recommend!

10/10
The restaurant food was exceptionally good and very cheap. I'd rate the food quality 10/10, room service 9/10, and the hotel itself 10/10. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, with friendly service that does its job regularly. It's in the suburbs of Tuzla, about 5 minutes by car or 15 on foot from the center.

The staff are kind, but I'd take proper comfort over kindness. There was no AC, the bathrooms were tiny, and the Wi-Fi wouldn't work. My first time here will definitely be my last.

The breakfast wasn't that good. We were put in unrenovated rooms. Maybe the renovated rooms look like the photos, but I can't say.

Dirty rooms and no AC. Don't waste your money on this hotel.
