Panonica Lakes are only a 5-minute walk away, and the city center is 10 minutes on foot. Hotel guests can also use the pool and gym for free. I found the staff to be probably the best part, professional and incredibly friendly. The prices are affordable for the touch of comfort and luxury, which is a rare combination in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The rooms are exceptionally clean and have beautiful views. There’s strong, stable WiFi throughout the premises, which matters a lot for my work. Highly recommended!!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’ve traveled all over the world and stayed at top-tier hotels like Holiday, Rixos, Marriot, Hilton, and others, and never seen anything like this. They charge you for every possible feature, it feels like only breathing the air is free. I don’t recommend this hotel.

For a four-star hotel, I can’t believe you have to pay an extra 80 KM to use the SPA. What sort of hotel charges separately for everything inside? Do we have to pay extra for pillows or towels too? I’d never recommend this hotel to someone looking to stay in Tuzla.

The breakfast was excellent, and I had dinner at the hotel restaurant once, which was very good too. But it was odd eating alone in such a huge dining room. The whole place felt strangely empty. I stayed a week and only saw one other couple; the floors above the fifth were dark when I walked the stairs. A friend compared it to the hotel in The Shining, and they were right. The rooms are nice, and it’s definitely the nicest place in Tuzla, but they’re missing basics like tissues and bottled water. There are refrigerators, yet guests are told not to bring food or drinks into the room. To use the gym on the top floor, you have to ask the front desk because the elevator is locked. Just a weird place.
