The sunset over the Caribbean is lovely from the dining table on the enclosed veranda, and the main bedroom has its own small veranda with chairs facing the sea. This place is an unknown gem. The grounds are well kept, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are great, with a large living room and TV plus a big, well-equipped kitchen. There are three pools, and a great beach is just across the road. The restaurant food is great too, though you can also shop and bring things back to cook. An unknown gem, as I said.

We stayed for 17 nights and still didn't want to go. The inviting beaches are across the road, about two minutes away, and buses come by every couple of minutes. Compared with other resorts and their prices, this is much more affordable. We could easily have stayed longer, and we'll be back again. This was our second visit to the hotel / Villa, and both times we had a KING room in the newest section by the upper pool. The rooms are large, clean, functional, and comfortable, with daily service and a fab balcony. I do yoga and meditate outside every morning. The place offers both self-catering and hotel options, and the friendly cafe has a good range of meals. It's a family-run hotel with Robin, his wife, and kids. Robin is hands-on at all hours, and all the staff are wonderful. The other guests were fab too, and we made some great friends here.

The one-bedroom villa Ying Yang was spacious for the two of us, with a garden setting over two levels. Upstairs was the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Downstairs had a private terrace, living room, kitchen, and half bathroom. We loved how well kept the lush grounds were, and the location was perfect for us. I also liked the eco-friendly touches: reusable shopping bags, drinkable tap water, glass water bottles, recycling, and an air-conditioning control system. There's an infinity pool and a cafe serving tasty snacks and drinks. The Bajan Buffet dinner is worth trying, with delicious food and drinks and great live music. Paynes Bay beach is a short walk away. We rented a car and had a great time exploring the island. So glad we found this place.

Beach Views Avocado Rm#309 has the most beautiful ocean view. A lovely place to stay.

After arriving very late at night, it was a real plus to find the bottles of water I'd pre-ordered, along with fruit, a cheese board, and wine in the fridge. The suite was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable, and I felt secure. Just what I needed.
