All Seasons Resort - Europa

I only came for a day-cation, and the hotel had a really nice feel. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The food tasted good, but my $50 shrimp skewer order was a small portion. The drinks weren’t the best either.

Our room was clean, with fresh towels, and they cleaned it every two days. The staff were friendly enough, but this was my least favorite place of the few I stayed in over the past year. The apartments are far from the main hotel, so my kids couldn’t get the poolside experience they wanted. With all our stuff, walking along the road to reach the pool wasn’t practical. If you book, ask for a room by the pool for a better experience.

The Beach Club was a half-hour walk away. We’d asked the front desk whether we could sit on the beach and swim in the ocean, and they said yes. But what they call a beach is huge rocks, with no actual beach, just a pool. There were only two chairs at the pool and no umbrella. The Beach Club card costs $50, which they say is refundable, and you get one towel, no more. The website photo of the “beach” is completely misleading. There’s a restaurant, a bar, and rocks, but no beach access, nowhere to sit by the beach, and nowhere to swim in the ocean. Be careful. They lie about everything, online and in person. This resort is horrible, they just say no or lie about things. Don’t believe the website.

The breakfasts were incredible, and the rooms were perfect. The location was great for getting to the shops, too. From the minute we arrived, every staff member made us and my colleagues feel welcome and cared for. We’re still talking about how lovely those interactions were, they made the stay so special.
