The beach was lovely, with a fun little bit of surf. For the price, it’s definitely worth it compared with other places. The lounge and kitchen area are set up well. The sofa was a bit uncomfortable, though we weren’t there to spend our time sitting on it.

The location is great, and the room was massive and fully equipped. Cleaning was average, and reception was good except for one woman with a terrible attitude. At Pureocean, the bar staff were shockingly poor, lazy, and uninterested, and seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else. We ordered cocktails with lunch and waited 25 minutes, with three reminders, before they arrived just as we finished eating. We got the usual excuses but no apology. A shame, because it’s a great spot on the beach.

The beach is only a short walk away, and the pools are beautiful and great for relaxing. I found the room comfortable and had everything I needed, including a really convenient kitchen. The whole place, common areas included, was super clean. The girls at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at home. I had a great stay and would come back.

We first stayed here in 2015, and it still has that same relaxed, laid-back feel, even though the pool area has changed a little. The room worked just right for what we needed. It’s right on the Gap by the beach, and the staff are lovely, warm, and welcoming. It’s great, give it a try! 👌🏿

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the location is close to some really good restaurants and bars. That’s about all I can praise. The room’s air conditioning was very loud, and the shower pressure was horrendous, not just in our room. The water barely trickled out. There was no nightlife entertainment, and the only restaurant was ridiculously expensive. Breakfast in particular was terrible. I won’t be going back to this “resort.”
