Villa Riana was a fantastic base for our two weeks in Barbados. Oistins and St Lawrence Gap are easy to reach, with ZR buses running regularly from the main road, just a five-minute walk away. The villa had two bedrooms, a lovely pool area, cooking facilities, and air conditioning. Katie was very helpful, kept in touch throughout our stay, and was available for questions. The place was cleaned twice, with fresh towels and bedding. We had an amazing holiday and can highly recommend it. We'd happily stay there again. 💯

The apartments are spacious, comfortable, clean, and equipped for self-catering, and the pool area is lovely and relaxing. It's in a quiet neighborhood, close to Oistins and several beautiful south coast beaches when you want somewhere livelier. Everything about this accommodation was spectacular. One of the best places I've stayed, and highly recommended.

Katie does a lot to make sure guests have a worry-free, fantastic holiday, and a big thank you to her. The two-bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, the pool was super clean, and beaches and transport to Oistins and Bridgetown were close by. A fabulous place to stay. I couldn't ask for more.

Villa Riana felt like a real home away from home. The atmosphere was welcoming, and there was always someone helpful, polite, and professional to ask if I needed anything. My apartment was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, full-size oven and hob, large fridge and generous freezer, plenty of bedroom storage, and a dining table. The lounge had a large sofa, armchair, and TV with lots of channels. Wi-Fi was excellent. The clean bathroom had a good rainfall shower, and bath towels and bed linen were changed regularly. Beach towels were provided too. I enjoyed the balcony for a chilled sundowner. The small pool area was lovely, and there was a poolside BBQ grill. Everything seemed very well maintained. It's in a quiet area about five minutes from the main road, where buses run along the coast and farther afield, so getting around was easy. As a solo traveler I felt very safe. Thanks to everyone for a fabulous stay. I'd recommend Villa Riana without hesitation.

We loved our two weeks at Villa Riana and will definitely return. Our one-bedroom apartment in the main house looked over the lovely pool and was clean and well appointed. Rick was attentive to all the guests, and the laundry facilities were very convenient. The villa is gated, secure, and on a quiet street, yet a short three-block walk gets you to the main road for buses to Oistins or Bridgetown. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.
