We spent Christmas at The Wicket, White Sands and were very happy with the stay. The apartment was comfortable, beautifully presented, and well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Its Speightstown location is excellent, and the uninterrupted ocean views each morning were breathtaking and unforgettable. Jon and Nicky were clear, responsive, and genuinely helpful from the start, making everything seamless and stress free. It was an ideal place for Christmas. We'd happily return and recommend The Wicket to anyone wanting a high quality beachfront apartment in a prime location.

The location is beautiful, and the apartment was far more than we imagined. When we needed to shift our dates a little, the owners were helpful and stayed in touch to check everything was okay. We'll definitely be back. I can't recommend it highly enough.

We hired a car from Hills Car Hire, a small company that was very helpful and reasonably priced. The town of Speightstown has that traditional, sleepy Barbados feel, with a laid back local way of life. There are lovely beaches in and around town, and one day we had one to ourselves. We took the apartment's sun beds and a cool bag with chilled beer, and it was perfect. The apartment made our holiday extra special. We especially liked the huge open living area, the thoughtfully designed modern kitchen, and the gorgeous balcony, which had plenty of room and comfortable chairs and sun loungers. Being on the top floor in a clean, comfortable apartment with parking and outdoor space was amazing. It's in a good, quiet location, though I wish the view weren't obstructed.

The location is fantastic, and the place feels like a real home away from home. I couldn't fault it and look forward to returning to Barbados and staying there again.
