Venus Resort Bandarban

The resort looks beautiful, set in a scenic hilly area, and the food was good. But our stay had several problems. We booked more than 25 rooms, and many had broken amenities, including hair dryers, electric kettles, and televisions. We reported them, but most weren’t fixed until the next day, which was inconvenient. Wi-Fi was extremely slow. Mobile coverage is weak in the hills, so dependable internet matters, and connectivity was a major drawback. The dining manager also behaved rudely and unprofessionally, which affected the meal experience. The place has a lot of potential thanks to its location and appearance, but room maintenance, Wi-Fi, and staff professionalism need improvement.

The resort is nicely decorated, and the service was top quality. I enjoyed the lake view from the room. I was satisfied with the service overall, but the food needs work. Both the menu and the taste could be improved, and the food quality wasn’t up to standard.

At Venus resort, the food was made to order and just right for our taste. They also followed the extra precautions I requested for the children, and none of us got sick. Everyone was friendly, kind, generous, and accommodating, and they took really good care of us. The resort itself is clean and beautiful, with plenty of space for kids to run around safely and enjoy the fresh air. It lived up to what I expected and more. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay, especially travelers coming from out of the country.

We had a good experience overall. The rooms are large, and there’s plenty of space to walk around inside the hotel grounds. The swimming pool is good too. Food is fresh and reasonably priced, but it still needs improvement.
