The service was painfully slow. I had to knock and call several times, and a request made around 2 pm might not get a response until 5 or 6 pm. Check-in was also an hour later than the stated 12 pm time, which was frustrating after a long trip. The room had no TV, and the WiFi was so slow it was nearly useless. Cleaning was poor too: the bedsheet was dirty, the washroom floor was unhygienic, and the commode wasn't clean or flushing properly. With the facilities, cleanliness, and service all far below expectations, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The upkeep is really poor. The bed sheet was dusty and dirty, and the pillow cover was awful. The whole place felt nasty.

[European Review] 4500 BDT The room was dirty, from the sheets and chairs to the fridge and towel. The bathroom was average, but covered in limescale. The coffee cups were awful, and there was no coffee, tea, or sugar. Also, the street noise was constant. The staff were kind, but not very capable. I had to go downstairs three or four times, including to get the Wi-Fi code. Booking says there's a pool, rooftop, and restaurant, but that wasn't true. See my photos. A large room doesn't make the high price reasonable. I'd say this room is worth 1500 to 2000 BDT at most. SCAM!

The rooms feel cozy and have nice interiors, but the amenities and service are poor. The restaurant and swimming pool are closed for renovation, and there's no hotel staff available after 10PM.
