Grace Cox Smart Hotel

The rooms are spacious and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities, and the food is fresh and delicious. Grace Cox Smart Hotel feels modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with a smart, comfortable atmosphere. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas, but quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The staff are polite, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Service is excellent. A relaxing and enjoyable stay, and one of the best choices in Cox’s Bazar.

We were a group of four and spent one night here, booking two standard queen bed rooms. The room was clean and comfortable, just as expected. I’ve attached photos and videos of it for reference. The hotel is near suganda beach point and has the basics, along with a complimentary buffet breakfast, which was a nice extra. There’s also a gym and swimming pool, but our schedule was too tight to try them. The staff were polite, well mannered, and helpful throughout.

The morning breakfast was good, and I liked the corridor decoration. But the reception area and corridors felt uncomfortable because there was no AC, and the staff, especially the receptionist, were very unprofessional. The hotel is cozy but needs renovation. The room walls looked dirty and old, the TV only had cable channels and no Netflix, and we couldn’t use the extremely dirty pool. There was no hot water, the water pressure was very low, and the small gym was completely broken and unusable.

The location is good, just opposite Ocean Paradise, about 10 minutes from saimon beach or sugondha beach. But the rooms weren’t great: the shower flow was too slow, there were cracks in the wall, and the AC took a long time to cool the room. The pool is really small and dirty, and nobody uses it. Breakfast was 4/10. The food was getting cold and tasted bad, there was no live egg station, and the coffee and tea section was dirty with insects. Not good at all. You can find a better place for the same price.
