Hotel Hilton City

The room condition was nasty for a place charging such high rent. They offer complimentary breakfast, but that doesn't make me recommend it. They need to improve the rooms.

I couldn't charge my phone because the electric sockets didn't work. I complained several times, but the staff showed no interest in fixing it. During my short 17-hour stay, the power was out for almost three hours. The fan was extremely old and barely moved air, and the bed was broken and uncomfortable. It felt more like a storage room than a hotel room. The dirty, stained sheets and unhygienic washroom were bad enough, and then I found cockroaches crawling around the room. My stay at Hotel Hilton Chittagong was very unpleasant, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Friendly budget room, with room service and food available.

Hilton Resort Hotels stood out for the care the staff showed. From the front desk to the restaurant servers, people were attentive and made me feel valued. The service, luxury facilities, and location near local attractions made my stay memorable, and I can see it working for family vacations or business retreats. I can't recommend it highly enough and am looking forward to going back. The resort offers plenty to do, with several sparkling pools, a rejuvenating spa, and a modern fitness center. Dining had a good range of flavors, from a sumptuous breakfast buffet to an evening dinner with local specialties. My room was spacious and immaculately maintained, with quality bedding, up-to-date amenities, stylish furnishings, and elegant decor. Large windows brought in lots of natural light, and I especially liked the ample USB ports. It felt like a calm retreat after a busy day, blending modern luxury with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and check-in was efficient. I was quickly escorted to a beautifully appointed room. This recent stay at a Hilton Resort Hotel exceeded all my expectations.
